(Sadie) I get up at 6am. Start with 20 minutes of TM (transcendental meditation) I practice and teach Kundalini yoga, so my morning is either teaching or taking a class. Meditation and yoga is part of my daily maintenance plan to keep me grounded and to work out any kinks in my body and mind. The rest of my day consists of either writing or meetings, depending on what project I am working on. Then its early dinner with friends, and in bed by ten!

(Colette) I’m usually working on a few projects simultaneously, so I’ll spread them out throughout the day depending on what’s my priority. Right now, I’m working on a children’s book series, a screenplay and I’m ghostwriting a novel. I wake up whenever my greyhound wakes me up to walk (usually around 7:00) and work on project one from 7:30-9:30. I then workout with an amazing group of women every day and that bootcamp keeps me sane and gives me a productive social hour. I’ll then work on my second project from 12-3, take a break and go bike riding or meet someone for a late lunch or early dinner and then work on my third project from 6-9. I’m pretty beat at night so I’ll either read, socialize or watch tv.
